Scotland 2016
Monday, August 15, 2016
Broken Walls travelled to Northern Scotland again this year. The team consisted of Bill Pagaran, Jonathan Maracle, Matthew Fairchild, Jesse Maracle, Jake Patison, Siouxsan Robinson and Carol Sullivan. Siouxsan and Carol were our dancers. George and Shehla Arthur were our tour organizers.
The vision was to see freedom released in the people of Scotland to express themselves in worship as Scottish warriors; to forgive the offences of the past; see roots of bitterness severed; and to experience true freedom. Broken Walls had the opportunity to present in many different locations such as churches, schools and in street ministry (like playing our drum in the middle of Peterhead at Drummers’ Corner.) It was amazing to see the people embrace our message with joy and everyone joined in with great enthusiasm.
Mike Toms, our host in Aviemore said, “What an awesome blessing it was to have Broken Walls and Carry the Cure here in Aviemore again. They are an incredibly humble, honourable and inspiring group of people who have left another huge impact on our Nation and have sown Kingdom seeds that will remain and bear fruit for generations to come! Thank you so much, Jonathan, Bill and team!”
It was a wonderful trip and our team worked well together. We supported one another, prayed together, shared our hearts and cried together which made our presentations powerful.
