A gathering of all nations was held in Vacaville, CA hosted by Dr. David Tacha and the Mission Church. Many streams and expressions of First Nations ministry came together – worship leaders, scholars, educators, benevolent ministries, intercessors, evangelists, forerunners, and natives from on and off of the reservation. There were many denominations and nations represented. It was a wonderful example of unity.
There were many speakers and musicians from across North America including Larry Brown (Rainshadow), Dr. Suuqiina, Dr. Terry LeBlanc, Jonathan Maracle, Rita Bear Gray, Jerry Chapman, John & Ann Mix Band (Fresh Winds), Carlos Rivera (White Bison), Henry Mena and First Youth Nations, Chastity Sandoval (Anna Call), and War Chief John David Gomez.
Thank you to Dr. David Tacha and his wife for providing a platform for the First Nations of North America to dance upon. These native leaders have been laying down their lives for two decades now to bring about good fruit in the lives of others.
Freedom was released as we played ‘The Call of the Drum.’ The Mission Church is open to seeing freedom come to our First Nations / Native American people and for them to become partners in reaching the nations. In the diversity of all the generations, the Creator’s beauty is seen. May this be just the beginning of seeing our host people rise up to be who Creator made them to be.
