Iditarod 2014
Tuesday, March 25, 2014
The Iditarod Tour 2014 was an amazing success. This year, we travelled to Wasilla, Unalakleet, Nome, Elim, Koyuk, Kaltag, Nulato, Anvik and Nikolai. Our team consisted of Bill Pagaran, Jonathan Maracle, Carol Pauline Sullivan, Dylan Nayokpuk, William Clark, Paul Starling, Aaron Brogan, Becca Brogan, Brian Bruxvoort, Marilyn Redd, Michael Boettcher, Cayla Boettcher, Bob Widman and the Missionary Aviation Repair Center team.
It was an intense schedule but we are believing for great rewards. Approximately 100 people came into the kingdom, many people rededicated their lives and many, many were blessed, strengthened and encouraged.
Jonathan shares: “There was a beautiful sense of freedom as we shared, sang and danced our prayers before the people. I am very proud of the whole team who travelled with us from village to village. We shared the load and that means a lot.”
Bill shares: “You helped save lives. You gave wings to dreams throughout Alaska and you deposited hope in Christ that won’t disappoint.”
Thank you to everyone who helped make this trip possible.
